    CM-40

The SEALS CM-40 Automatic Screw Feeder is designed for speed, stability, and convenience. It integrates high-precision jaws, a reliable automatic feeding system, and Japanese-made torque-controlled pneumatic or electric screwdrivers to significantly enhance screw fastening speed and production efficiency. The screw jaws are custom-designed based on the customer's screw type and working environment, ensuring smooth and stable operation. SEALS also provides screwdriver model recommendations tailored to your specific screw and workpiece characteristics to ensure optimal fastening results. The material hopper adopts an up-and-down pushing board design to minimize screw surface scratches and keep feeding noise to a minimum. Combined with a fiber optic control system, the feeder intelligently stops when the chute is full, saving power and further reducing noise. The air blow feeding mechanism enables the next screw to be delivered to the jaw within 0.5 seconds—often before the operator moves to the next fastening point—greatly improving cycle time. A horizontal vibration chute is available to improve feeding performance for lightweight screws, painted screws, or screws with washers. The telescope-type screwdriver delivers consistent downward force directly into the sleeve of the screw, making it particularly suitable for self-tapping screws and wood screws. For automation integration, the screw feeder can be triggered via a dry contact to blow one screw per cycle. The screwdriver can also be mounted on a cylinder to enable vertical fastening strokes in fully automated assembly systems.

    CM-40AUT

The SEALS CM-40AUT is a professional, programmable automatic screw feeder specifically engineered for assembling VGA, DVI, and other interface cards. Designed to handle two or four standoff screws per board, it offers a teachable positioning system, allowing operators to store up to 200 sets of fastening positions—ideal for high-mix, low-volume production environments. To accommodate narrow screw locations near VGA and DVI connectors, CM-40AUT adopts extra-thin jaws that ensure accurate alignment without interference. Similar to other SEALS models such as CM-30T, CM-40T, and CM-B1, the CM-40AUT features an ergonomic auto bit-pushing mechanism, which enables smooth horizontal fastening without requiring operators to manually press or hold the PCB—making it especially suitable for use on conveyor belt systems. For integration into fully automated production lines, both CM-40AUT and CM-B1 models can be incorporated with XY tables, SCARA robots, 6-axis robots, or other customized auto assembly equipment. The automation versions also support I/O signal communication, allowing seamless control and feedback with central control systems.

    CM-100L

The SEALS CM-100L is a compact and cost-effective spindle-type screw fastening module designed for seamless integration into fully or semi-automated production lines. Featuring a single-cylinder design, it is ideal for applications with limited installation space or narrow screw pitch requirements—as tight as 45mm between screw holes. Compared to models like CM-100S and CM-100G, the CM-100L offers a simplified structure that reduces system cost while maintaining reliable performance. It supports both flat-surface and deep-hole screw fastening, with two standard cylinder stroke options to accommodate different assembly needs. Equipped with a push-to-start pneumatic torque-controlled screwdriver, this module ensures consistent fastening quality. Its compact design enables side-by-side installation in multi-axis setups. Durable, precise, and easy to integrate, the CM-100L is an excellent solution for enhancing automation efficiency in modern assembly systems.

  • Spindle Type Automatic Screw Fastening Module
Spindle Type Automatic Screw Fastening Module
    CM-100R

The SEALS CM-100R is a spindle-type automatic screw fastening module designed for seamless integration with 6-axis robot arms, SCARA robots, XY tables, gantry systems, and other automated platforms. With standardized interface plates, the module can be quickly mounted onto various automation setups. Once aligned to the screw hole, the CM-100R performs screw pushing, fastening, re-feeding, and signal feedback within 1–2 seconds. (Actual cycle time may vary depending on screw size, pitch, driver speed, and whether the screw is self-tapping.) Equipped with multiple smart sensors, the CM-100R enables real-time status monitoring and precise control through the host system. Chengmao also offers weight estimation to ensure compatibility with robotic payload requirements. Fully pre-integrated with essential components—including screw jaws, pneumatic or electric screwdriver, torque detection, slide unit, screw feeder, cable routing, and signal interface—the CM-100R minimizes engineering time and accelerates deployment. The module can be used as a standalone unit or combined in multiple-unit configurations. With smart hose management, it supports operations from multiple angles, making it ideal for both fully automated and semi-automated assembly environments.
